Rice and chicken. Craving satisfied

Chicken was seasoned & steamed. Dipped in a local mix made up of freshly squeezed pineapple juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, ginger-garlic-chilli powder, honey, seasoning, salt, margarine and sesame oil

...story so far...
After craving & searching effortlessly for chicken, I gave up the search cos when I get money, I no day see chicken buy and when I broke, chicken day boku for everywhere.
Well my friend brought a full chicken to help him grill for a small picnic.... here's the result cheesy
This chicken passed through a lot in that dipping o.. cheesy

I like the outcome, so inviting... If you are residing in my area eeh, I wouldn't mind send some chicken come ya way most weekends, All I know is every weekend I will have well grilled chicken to snack on.

Taste good and bland grin but powerful food grin
The bland seafood taste is the reason mussel is cooked in spices such as garlic, onions, pepper, tomato, wine, lime etc

Akposy:

How does this taste sef. I keep seeing peeps post it on IG. Do they eat the shell too? I'm confused

Thanks

My friend bought though. He bought a live chicken, they killed and helped him freeze it. I think he bought it for 2,500.
A kilo of chicken is about 1,400 here.

Chicken price varies with location. Chicken is cheaper in Lagos. Full chicken should be around 1,200 in Lagos...lagosians should help clarify this

Chicken pie

I had one chicken breast and bony part leftover that I couldn't bake cos the tray was filled up. I used the chicken breast and some Irish potatoes to prep this yummy, spicy pie. Don't mind the shape of the round pie, I couldn't get my desired shape cheesy
