LOL homie u sound like a novice when it comes to Droid apparently. am a proud Samsung fan. I own a galaxy tab 2 along with the Tecno. when u talk about increasing ram? what's the technology behind it? it uses sdcard as ram according to the space u allocated. u put ur sdcard life at risk never the phone. if the sdcard was meant to last for 4 years, it will last for 3 instead out of everyday use of the allocated memory.
a young homie bought an n3 and trying to get the best out of it, all they need is support not daunting. maybe they can't afford 50-90k for high ends. it ain't a bad tin to support n3 cus it got potentials compared to its allies.

am also a proud techno fan now hehe and I support it to the core cus people need it.

note people only boost ur ram when u wanna play HD games. like I always mention its not healthy for daily use on ya sdcard. game time, boost time and ur mobile will last for years.

how do u mean didn't work? is it when u click swap the application exits, then u don't have the free space of ur allocation on the sdcard. make sure u allocate according to the free space on ya sdcard. all class of sd cards are supported the difference is the speed they render.

I read thru brainrex backup method using rom dump. rom backup came out as image files( .img ). My question is how does one use stock recovery to restore the phone back to it working state assuming I got stocked at booting.

yep brainrex could make provision for a pc app from developers for flashing img file to the tecno just as he did with the root I assume.
another thing is whether the tecno hardware keys combination to get u into download mode to mount and write to the device while off ever exists?
just like the Allwiner A13,A10 tablets got one and img can be flashed on them both custom builds and dumps.

How come everybody is talking about specs and rooting, what about a major issue regarding upgrading of your OS. I believe tecno should make it possible for Android OS upgrade, surprisingly I have not heard anyone saying that they have been able to upgrade their OS to like say ICS, or is this not important?
