First if all, Its nt a good thing that you first introduced yourself as rich and have so many good things. You should just come in neutral, but let us face this. All I have to say is that you should be patient with Naija generally, lay low and learn about us, ask questions where necessary, network and finally be very careful, patients with naija ladies. You will finaly get to find the right one amongst all one of these days.

OP, I doubt you travel a lot. What I see in you is that you don't have an open mind. You can find happiness anywhere you chose to be, it may be difficult but it will come. Me for example, I grew up in Naija, school and worked a bit..after a while, I work in south west Africa. A month on and off. On my month off I prefer visiting places( different from my country way of life)..I grew to have an open mind, try to enjoy what makes the people happy over where I visited.

Anyway, ,currently I moved in with hubby, who is French and lives in France. My French is elementary, the language is different, culture, weather..everything...but I still try to enjoy every bit of it. If I miss Naija so much, all I have to do its buy a flight ticket. A time will come when you will be settled fully.

Just have an open mind, see yourself in those girls situation and ask if you would have been like that without the opportunity you had. See the kinky hair as a unique beauty of its own! Etc. It's not easy but it will come.

If not, you can as well go back to the states. It's your happiness that counts.

In my life, counting everyone I've dated.. ive only dated some indians, middle eastern girls, and latin girls.. black girls dont really do it for me... all my exgfs kinda look the same.... brown.. long hair.. exotic look..

its not set up to run remotely.. maybe in a few years... but yes the one time i had a LOT of fun was going to lagos and meeting an old friend who was on his way to the states... he took me out.. went clubbing.. so much fun... lagos is more my style.. much closer to the states than enugu village, but unfortunately i dont live there... kinda feel like my life is wasting away here...

had a long talk with them today about this issue...came to a compromise...escort will only be there if I'm out late...but they will just drop me and leave..not wait outside.....I think my problem is enugu...for example I love massages and I googled spas in Lagos...tons name up...googled spas in enugu, struggling to find one.lol..enugu is a villagerbut most people here dont wanna admit it...we dont have 90 percent of services and products ppl in Lagos have.

YOu either love the place you are or you leave it. You have a choice. Anything else you can't find in enugu, IMPORT IT. I too lived in the states for a long time and moved back to Naija a couple of years ago. I started out in lagos and city became too much hustle, found my way to Abuja and life became more managaeble.

No I commute in and out alot.....the states, UK, South Africa, Lagos and Abuja when I find I am getting tired but my line of work allows me to do that so really its your choice.

Plan days out to lagos or abuja (carry the police escort if you must since you no no road abeg)
You can fix it to days that have events you are interested in that way you can meet new people.
Look at entertainment websites that profile events(bellanaija.com) it has a section for events that you could use to plan your days out.

Also try network events in your field - business owners, entrepreneurs, etc. Something to get U out of that small town feel.
Or ask your friend to give you links in Lagos
Cos going out where you always pick up the tab aint good , you need friends that also have some common finanacial and professional ground with you.
