This is one reason the Bible has proven to be correct. Written many years ago when men had not discovered that times differ according to your location, Jesus still commenting on the rapture said that some will be in the field(Luke 17:36) while others will be in bed sleeping (Luke 17:34)meaning it will occur instantaneously while some parts of the world would be having day/work hours(in the field) others will be in night time(in bed). It was over 1,000 years later that scientists discovered that times differ according to your geographical location.

So I don't consult Mayan calendars or predictions to understand the future, Bible has all foreknowledge and is scientifically ahead of its time
