What I normally advice my diaspora clients is to just ask from any contact person in Nigeria and use the bill your name doesn't need to be on the utility bill. It can be a family or friend. In that case, it's the address on the utility bill sent to you that you will supply on the online form as your residential and contact address.
The truth is that it's just SEC regulations all correspondence is by email. The physical address is not used.

So can I use my dad’s bill?

Sure you can. That is perfect!

With that you are good to go. However, the utility bill should not be older than three months ie December 2020, January and the current month February will fly.

Once you get everything ready click on the link on my signature and complete the online form.

Seems SEC and NSE has approved exit price proposed by 11 PLC. Is there a way shareholders can seek redress?

I think it's thru AGM.
Direct the question to Pa Emma, he knows much about these things.

The only way you seek redress is to continue to be a shareholder when the company goes private

Operators identify factors discouraging foreign investors from stock market

Foreign investors’ low patronage of the Nigerian stock market has been attributed to scarcity of foreign exchange (FX) as well as concerns about the coronavirus pandemic.
Transactions in the local bourse used to be dominated by foreign investors until 2019, when the domestic investors took over the lead.
