2 Big Cap coys heralded the last bull we had last quarter of last year to early this year. MTN & DANCEMENT.

Good volumes have been building on both coys especially MTN with price uptrend. Are we to see another bull shortly?

IF the trend continues to next week grin grin

Also keep an eye on the index, IF we retest 40k next week too, grin grin

My Oga that late last year bull was not a bull ooooo.

It was a Forbes induced bull (BUA nd Dangote)

As for whether another one is coming i doubt cos no Forbes in sight except the Fixed income space help by rate not moving up further if not what we are seeing cld be a dead cat bounce. Although last last and deep down within me i pray it is not.

By borrowing when you have the cash; a company and even an individual does this for multiple reasons.

One is to improve on credit rating or score since they have the capacity to pay on time thereby making it easy to secure further loan in future to make business successful.

Secondly, it boosts working capital. This is to avoid stretching the cash flow, especially when a business is experiencing rapid growth. Borrowing will allow money to always be available for continuous day to day running of the business without putting the flow of cash at risk.

Also businesses can use that to make more money. With improved access to working capital businesses can take advantage of new opportunities in the market as and when they arise. This can lead to an increase in sales and profit.

Also by borrowing, a business or an individual can reduce personal cash risk. Remember the saying, " do not put all your eggs in one basket". It can be risky business tying up personal savings in business. It may be tempting to invest your savings into your business and save money on finance fees. However, it will be risky tying up the savings. Business must continue to run and expand.

Always hold cash no matter what. Opportunities can come knocking on a short notice

Chief. I just checked again. MTN & DANCEMENT started the bull before BUA overlapped and joined. All the same, my premise is predicted on IF. We keep observing.

Thanks bro. Even my Penny earning Annuity Scheme (PEAS) that is with them, they have stopped it since last year. Return investors money has been an issue till date. Something I did that was suppose to run for 21 years, they just stopped it along the line. Thanks for your advice.

I introduced a friend of mine to some lawyers, he had a similar issue like yours, PEAS account he closed since early 2018 and they kept on giving excuses. He was able to retrieve his money with interest. Their email is contact.aonlegal.com if you’re interested in recovering your PEAS maybe they can help.

Well some people have been expecting more dip but market isn't responding. My idea of a recovery would have been if we retested March low (as some people were expecting) and recovered. But since we have been ranging and dipping ( caused by the fixed income space) for a while now with the index holding well above 38k, today and next week will give more insight.

Good observation. Dangote himself needs cash fo his other ventures. Thats why the huge dividend was declared. He knows the cement company can always get cheaper debt via the bond market. thats the main reason. the man sabi move money. No forget fertilizer company go soon start. running capital needed. wink

Aliko Dangote to earn N234 billion as dividend from his cement business

No, the bank is not efficient.

Access is acquiring more overhead costs by these acquisitions.

Does this higher overhead cost not translate to lower payouts to investors?
