I have a Note 2 with a non responsive Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. So there's no way I can use the Hotspot/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth facilities on this phone

When using my Airtel sim on it, it's the best phone in the world as it goes on all 4G and downloads like magic. BUT
But whenever I insert my Glo sim, browsing g disappears, it starts giving me E.

So these are the 2 issues I'm having with the phone.

Any recommendations would be tried.

Factory reset will fix bluetooth nd wifi issue. It happen to me wen i was still using note 2
