Are you running an international version Or carrier version. You might have to flash it back to stock, if it refuses. But first, boot into cwm and try a factory reset. Wipe cache and dalvik cache. Then reboot, if it fails, take a shot of your device s about and post it here. |

bizzlemie: pls experts, can I root my sgs2 gt-i9100 running on JB (Spain version XWLSD)? If yes, how do I go about it? Flash PhilZ in stock recovery. 1. Download this file www. mediafire. com /? mqd112cmimdz7et (8MB) 2. Copy it to a folder you will name as 'AAA' on your EXTERNAL SD card. MUST be external memory card! 3. Reboot into recovery. (Hold Volume Up + Home + Power button together) keep holding until you see the recovery menu shud be less than 10 seconds (Use Volume keys by the side to scroll and power button to select) 4. Scroll to apply update from external SD, select it, then select the 'AAA' folder. 5. Select the Philz file you copied in there. Then scroll down to 'Yes' to acknowledge the flashing. 6. When flashing is done, Go back to main 'Recovery Menu' and..... 7. Reboot system now. 8. ENJOY YOUR ROOTED PHONE!!! Note: The link in number 1, i put spaces so there will not hide my post, Remove the spaces and the link will work. |

I am a student of Information Technology here in Accra, Ghana. But I'm an igbo boy to the core! LOL. I own the thread. If you need help, I can give you help here. please produce the information on this screen on your GS 3. Settings > About phone. or better still, post a screen shot of that page. you take screenshots by holding home button and power button on your phone down together at the same time for about 2 seconds. you will find the screen shot in Internal SD > Pictures > Screenshots. |

bizzlemie: Leave S tweaks for now, it's risky. Undervolting and Underclocking can be dangerous to your phone if Voltages and Clocks are wrong. I will post a guide for you when I'm on my PC. but still ill advice you to stay off. better still change kernel... because Siyah will give u performance but not best battery life. owizy: Hello please help me, my samsung galaxy s2 is asking for network control lock key i have tried but it wont bulch pls with the love of God help me get the unlock key my imei is 358421042626669 model GT I9103 pls help.. Firstly, You don't have an international S2. I think yours is called S Advance or SL. something like dat. Look for unlocking apps on play store also previous pages of the thread. Also, read to confirm it is compatible with your model. Use Google mate, Use Google.  |

O.michael.O: No, I rather you got international factory unlocked phones basisop: My S3 fell on a hard floor and the screen cracked. Pls, what is the price of a new screen? The screen should cost somewhere around 40,000 to 45,000 and at least 5,000 naira to fix. So just budget around 50,000 naira mate. (Could even be more) |
