Is there anything i can do to prevent pimples naturaly? Perhaps things to avoid and simple things to do that can help.. Any advice is appreciated.. Thanks

keep your hands away from your face, do not touch your face except it's to rub powder and even that should be done with caution, powdering often helps prevent pimples but you need to find the right balance because the touching could cause pimples. wash your face and moisturize with a mild moisturizing lotion at night before going to bed.

Use separate sponges for your face and body.
Clean your face twice a day and scrub it at least once a day.
Use facial toner. I use teatree.
If you have old spots marks, use lemon overnight.

Steam your face once in a while and never sleep with makeup. Stop wearing foundation every day. Let your skin breath.
