Last year Access bank rewarded us with half bag of rice and 2 dozens of liquid peak milk. But this year they are giving each staff 10 packets of sugar each for christmas. Uselesss bank of nigeria is Access. Am spending two days on the internet just to tranfer money from Access to Access.Token was alright. It simply refused to complete the transactions after several attemps to reset from multiple login by the Customers Service. 2 Likes |

U know the harmattan is not yet out fully, and u know sugar + garri thoroughly mixed with cold water ought to be nutritious (add #10 cowbell milk if u so wishes). Manage it, cos some have food but they cannot eat, some can eat but have no food; u have sugar and so u can soak garri. so manage am. It is well!  13 Likes |

Guy, show your appreciation. Your engagement letter did not specify what gift you are entitled to at the end of the year as bonus. What if they had glossed over and decided to pay only your usual 31days remuneration? Would you drag them to industrial court? Hell no! Consider the attitude of most employers in Nigeria, some feel they are actually doing their employees favours by employing them. A friend of mind works in a corporate office for the last 5years and has never been appreciated with bonus. @ Post If this is true, this is the most bizzare end of year gift I have come across in Nigeria  Is Access bank in partnership with Dangote, BUA Sugar or they've taken over the asset of a customer dealing in sugar They could have arrange a gift card for the same value of the sugar that is acceptable in major stores where staff could pick items that is of value to them[/b]. Their HR team and management creativity is really poor. Even small home appliances (with the same value) would have been an alternative if they cannot afford the usual rice.
