Please is it possible to unlock the sim restrictions and network restrictions on visafone.

Unlocking has something to do with the phone and not the SIM. The SIM cannot work on another phone, but may be some software may unlock their phone. Modifying the SIM may render it useless.

Been seeing some street Traders Hawking Visafone sim-cards, any1 seen same too. .

its not a SIM its called an R-uim registered user identification module. . .
sim is used only for GSM not for CDMA
