To be supplied to TOTAL and MOBIL The issue of PMS to TOTAL & MOBIL is really not complicated. Most suppliers are not quite aware that these companies are Multinational.Asa result, such a supplier must know that they have their standard procedure for procuring their products of need. The following should be noted : They do not buy PMS in $s but in Naira. They deal in Delivery to their Tank Farm. They will only give ICPO only when the supplier have furnished them with Product Certificate of Quality, Bill of Laden & Vessel ETA. The product must of course, conform to Nigeria standard. All these the supplier must attach to it's LETTER OF OFFER. Sir, with these necessary documents, ICPO will be secured for you & your principals.
