Gross decadence occassioned by making MONEY kings and Queens.
To make it worse is the, "I-must-go-shine-for-village" attitude created into a thriving culture
over the years. Now they want money to shine at all cost. Lagos has been the most target before to get such money.
But they seems to be increasing thier market network now. This criminals are now everywhere like MTN.
OUR VALUE SYSTEM MUST BE RE-APPRAISED FOR A CHANGE.THIS STARTS FROM THE GOVERNMENT.

Death penalty should be mandated for kidnappers,and the sentence carried out immediately the judge find them guilty...keeping deathrow inmates in custody without killing them,makes other criminals bold...criminals will do anything just to make money,its left for the citizenry to make laws to deter the criminals.
