No exams needed. No 2.2 too. In fact, first degree holders aren't considered as much as IJMB holders are. UTME is your best bet.

I understand that you want to get admission as a DE candidate with your first degree. The truth however is that your chances are slim (well almost nil since you graduated with a 2.2) as ABU admits in this decreasing order: UTME>SBRS(remedials)>IJMB>B.Sc(2.1). I know Unilorin admits a few 2.1 degree holders, but they're mostly students that finished from Anatomy and Physiology depts in the same faculty and occasionally from Biochemistry. If you really want to study Medicine, write UTME, get very high scores and prepare for the post-UTME. Admission into Medicine is still largely on merit. For schools like ABU where all the 774 LGs are represented, if you understand the LG and state quota system, you can use it to your advantage.
