I have stared helplessly at my decaying teeth countless times, using a mirror. My frustration is mounting, as i lose my confidence when speaking in public gathering or to an individual(especially when having a conversation with my girlfriend & other friends). You can tell it's embarrasing, when you laugh or speak and your teeth report dark & yellowish stains. I have employed certain measures like- brushing twice daily, using herbal tooth paste & seeing a dentist to help the situation, but all to no avail. Pls nairalanders what else can a poor lad like me do, to have back my white sparkling teeth as they were before.
