To me,i think there're certain post in which u can attain when thru with d programme cos graduate frm uni r allowed to d highest post like matron,cheif Matron and so on dan dos dat just past thru nursing skulz...HND is for Poly n BSc is for Uni but for Nursing skulz dunno.Try askin ppl in d ga,e for better enlightment.
