Yeah. . .the same way Ibori was acquitted of corruption charges by the Asaba High Court in 2009. . .and would have stayed acquitted and free (and probably become Vice President) had Yar'Adua not died. When you live in a country with different people you must understand them and their sensibilities. If Soludo is guilty, he should be prosecuted alongside his allies. If the investigations show that he really commited the crime he should be tried alongside others.
