My friend live in 2-flat house with his landlord. Her flat and that of her landlord share same prepaid meter. They both contribute same amount every month even though she's barely at home and have few electrical equipments she's unmarried. What do you advice. The landlord has requested for a new meter but might not be delivered till 2020. What's your take on this? |
