Funny enough eba in the morning makes for good breakfast. It doesn't make u feel heavy unless you eat a lot.

When I was in school I religiously ate akara and bread for years

since my mama born me, na rice or sometimes beans i dey chop for morning (the one u guys call breakfast)...since I relocate comot for Nigeria, nna mehn na cereal i dey trounce every morning like say I be bird...

boiled yam with fried/scrambled eggs


toast bread with coffee or ginger tea


pap/custard with milk, sugar and akara

Fried indomie with any sweet fruit juice.

I usually have Eba and plantain...or else I take beans and akara for breakfast.

A cup of Coffee!

Usually nøodles and fried egg,with a glass of milk.

Lol, I'm no longer into apple jacks, do not like other Kelloggs cereal. Besides Cheerios is not up to $4, I'll buy it myself, don't bother. Oh, I just might be nice to you if u promise to buy me moi-moi, no one likes pap except u're 80yrs and above

i usually dont eat breakfast,it makes me heavy,but if i must take something,it surely has to be three cups of water.it leaves me refreshed
