and a lot more interested when we do what we love
more stimulating when we find interesting things
more enjoyable when we have good hobbies
and close to perfection when we find someone to spend it with

the first day I saw you the sun shone brighter
the wind was blowing your hair back
and your face emerged like the sun from behind the clouds
your complexion caused a lasting reflecyion on my face
my mind
and my brain
I can remember taking mental pictures of that moment
I can remember your smile to your friend
and me standing to appreciate the beauty
the grace
the power
the allure
the captivation
the attraction
and my interest never wanned

then we became friends
close as siblings
and you brilliance kept me coming
your kindness humbled mine
and you continual support made me wonder
made me wonder how you can be so human
and yet so divine
so imperfect as a person and yet so pure of heart
as far as my pedestal goes, you sit there
your voice in my head rings every time
and I see you face a lot

we have been friends for long and every time just seems fresh
your continual impeccable stance on things make sure I wanna listen
