have yourself diagnosed for the bacterium helitobacter pylori which is a notorius cause of it with the way it destroys the mucosa tissue of the gastric wall.
Get a proper antibiotic therapy like the quinolones if linked to d infection

stay away from smoking and alcohol

most people with hepatitis b,thinks they have stomach ulcer,check ur liver first b/4 any medication

The problem is that am always having pain around my left stomach, anytime the pain come am always feelin sick, ma urine will change to gold at that time, once the pain goes am body return to normal, is making to lose weight.

I don`t think u have ulcer,go for hepatitis test first and then we see
