Justin Bieber, The 18-year-old Super Star stepped out in a ridiculous outfit – that resemble LMFAO's Redfoo would wear – on Wednesday in London. Bieber's bizarre ensemble featured purple leopard-print pants (that sagged a lot in the back), a colorful T-shirt, specs, and plenty of bling topped off with the piece de résistance: a studded bright yellow hat. see more of the pics >>>here
