Hey guys, I just found out I'll be serving in Yobe for this batch A. Can anyone in the house give me info. on what to expect from serving in Yobe? I'd like to know, in your own opinion, what you think makes service in Yobe special? what challenges are to be expected apart from the usual camp hustle faced in all camps? Are there any advantage in serving in Yobe one can look forward to? Your comments are well appreciated

hi every1, i served in yobe 2009/2010 batch b stream 1. then was when boko haram was jst starting & we were still in Fika camp when they 1st struck but God used d military pple around 2 calm our fears & at last it wasnt a big deal as they said. most pple's PPA r usually sec schs although mine was in General hosp Damagum in Fune LGA. we hosp corpers got paid beta (around 120k whch we collectd end of our service yr) as against around 26k for pple serving in schs. wht wld mk up 4 d stress is pple u'll meet, so go out there & catch fun. dnt knw if ds 1 is necessary but 4 ladies pls dnt sell out 2 alhajis or d so-called alangurus. they'll kill u.. truth!!!
