Become Our REP: You become our representative in your Institution if you are the first to place an order in your Domain University or Polythechnics in a particular year/Academic Session. The status of a representative is based on this criterion yearly, meaning that you might be the Rep in your school this year, but the moment the new session begins and someone else places order first, he takes up the title. Studidept Academic Session begins every 1st of January. In a case where a Rep turns down the offer of the Position of a Rep, it is automatically given to the next. Until the Third person refutes the position, Studidept cannot appoint a Rep for a domain university.

Simple send us details of your Order, we’ll relay the cost to you accordingly. Delivery cost to your Domain Institution is Free.
For Polo (that’s casual shirt with Collar), the unit price is between N1700 and N2500 depending on the Qty, Design and texture.
T-shirt (that’s casual shirt Round-neck), the unit price is between N1500-N2000 depending on the Qty, Design and texture.
For Muffler and other styled textile product: the price range is between N500 and N1000 depending on the size and man hour involved in its production.
We create about anything in respect to textile, just think it, we get it done and sent to you via Local inter-state Transport mail service.
Agent in this regards must REPRESENT, that is, he/she must dress smart to attract student client, and Sample of the products shall be made available to you in due course upon request. Sample cost a maximum of N3000 while the cost of delivery to any Nigerian institution is N1000.
The delivery time for 1000 units of Polo is one (1) weeks. And delivery time is directly proportional to the size of order.
Agent Commission[/b]: Agent is entitled to 5% of the total cost of project. Example; if we quoted N2000 for polo and they 500 unit is required by the student group, the agent will be paid 5% of [500xN2000], which is N50,000 cash. If the agent is directly involved with the business, he might deduct his sum and send the balance to us.

Studidept School Representative Benefits[b]: She/he gets 1% of project cost that comes from his domain university that is from the scenario above, he gets N10,000 from the project.

Printed Yearbook:
A yearbook is a catalogue containing the Profile of every student in a particular class. It contains the following;
Full Name, Address, and Email, phone Number, Profession, Hobbies and Pix or Passport. It could be in form of a magazine or a brochure depending on the content made available. Studidept could equally enrich the Catalogue with educative content. We have created an effective way of collecting the data of student of a particular class. How?
With the e-classroom we have set-up within our website for the class, the specific group of students with the aid of Class password will gain access and signup up; entering the information about themselves and uploading their photo and Passport. The minimum size of photo is 150kb. We access the database and then contact the class governor/leader informing them of the names of student we have gotten their complete profile. We then place a deadline for final collection before commencing production of the Printed Yearbook. The e-classroom is absolutely free in a scenario where we are to take up the production of the Class yearbook and/or T-shirt. Where no studidept product/service (yearbook or Polo production is acquired by the Class, a one time payment of N70,000 shall be required upon the graduation of the class in other to maintain the e-class as their Alumni webpage.

E-CLASSROOM: We set up an E-classroom for classes absolutely free during the undergraduate year and this will be maintained as the Alumni website of the Class after graduation . The e-classroom is used by clever class governors of Class reps to aid class management. The only term we require from the class is to undertake either the Class yearbook or polo or both upon the class graduation. Student can from time to time edit their profile when their status changes thus staying in touch with their colleagues.

- You will be enlisted in the E-Yearbook which will be available for download by members of your class and which we shall use to prepare the Hard copy of the yearbook towards the end of your academic program.

- Free info about job, Get-Together, and other opportunities will be posted to your Phone and Email by STUDIDEPT.

How to access your e-class?
- Visit www.studidept.com. Click on Classroom.
- Select your institution E.g. University of Lagos, Akoka (UNILAG).
- Then select Class Title (which can be identified in this manner: 2010-2014 Social Science ECONS ADEOLA OKON). Where 2010 is the Matriculation year, 2014 is the Graduation year, SOSSA is the Faculty student Association , Econs is the Department, and Adeola Okon is the Class governor.
- And finally click on ENTER CLASSROOM.
