As NCC hasfinally granted the anticipated number portability, is there a portal or forum which reports the quality of service of the different networks? I use mtn and frankly the service is rather poor, what with the dropped calls and congestion on the network. Also there is poor connectivity, you can hear the other party but they cant hear you.

However I wonder if the other networks are actually better. Are they?
