the reason ppl are not responding is that ur post is confusing,do u want to study?if yes then simply get a shool and pay the fees
if u want to just vist then look for the info for tourist visa in that case no iv
but if u want someone to send u an invitation letter you must know someone there ,it may be business or social,if u like u may apply for a conference after paying the confrerence fees they will send u a letter of invitation but if u know someone there before then try to get the person to send u a letter of invitation i hope this helps
