U shouldnt be making public compalint when your order is still within the official stipulated processing time

Hello, your question is not exactly clear, but note that buying PM doesnt make your account to be verified. If you want to verify your PM account, you need to forward your documents to PM via the Members Verification Section of the PM website. Once that is done, you will also be required to verify your phone no as this will make your PM account fully verified and also reduce the charges you pay when making PM transfers to other users from 1.99% to 0.05%.
Documents required for PM verification could either be your International Passport, Drivers License or National ID and your PHCN Bill or Bank Statement.

As for verification at our end, TruexGOLD allows you to transact up to $500.00 daily without any form of verification unless in cases where we suspect your funds source. But for transactions above $500.00 you MUST be verified to transact such amount. And the documents we require ain't different from the ones required by PM as explained above.
