Blood is cheaper than printer ink!

You may consider printer ink is relatively cheap, but it is interesting that printer companies make most of their money on the ink! You probably pay over 500% of the price of the printer just for refilling ink cartridges during the life of a solely one printer.

The price of a normal ink cartridge of 42ml is around $30. This is the price for just plain black ink. To make a comparison, the Red Cross charges $200 for 500ml of human blood. In conclusion, the blood costs around 40 cents per ml, while the ink costs 71 cents for the same amount.
