Kingsley Ndubisi, 40-year old man, has been arrested and charged to court for apparently ruining a 10-month old girl inside a church in Lagos State, Nigeria.
The suspect, Kingsley Ndubisi was charged before an Igbosere Magistrate’s Court on a one-count charge of criminal act, violation of a minor.
Rendering by the police at Elemoro Division, Ibeju Lekki, Eti Osa, Lagos, the incident occurred at the True Tabernacle Church, Abijo, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.
The police supposed that Kingsley Ndubisi was arrested because of a complaint by the parents of the victim that the accused Kingsley Ndubisi, on 14 March, 2013 at the church defiled and violated their 10-month old daughter by fingering her private part. This causing the little girl to bleed from her private part.
