Pls help a brother. I tried updating my os, it reached 840mb nd told me it was interrupted. I tried to continue where it stopped lo nd behold it starts all over. I reside in ibadan and will appreciate any kind hearted fellow who is gonna help me with an autoloader since I Dnt have enough mb anymore. ( BlackBerry z10 stl100-1)

It's so heartbreaking! Network disappeared and appeared and I refreshed it, only for it to start from the beginning instead of it to continue! cry sad

please help I bought a blackberry z10, UK used but since I started using it, I av noticed that whenever am browsing on 3g network, the phone gets very hot and am thinking of returning it but the seller said it's not a problem, that it was just the 3g. please I need advice on what to do.

You just de use phone? that one nah normal thin. So always use 2G except u want to download

Snapdragon processors, they too like to dey boil. Always hot even on android phones

Backup your device with bblink
Close d bblink after successful backup
Double click d autoloader to start loading up

It's normal for your device to be hot on 3g.
Loading a stable radio file can still make it less hot
Or not hot at all

To get a stable radio file
U have to load many and test run one after d other

hi guys
I use a Q5 with OS 10.3.1.1565
been trying to update to the recent OS 10.3.1779 but it gets halfway and then stops. i've tried several times and i dont know what to do anymore. Has anyone experienced this and found a way around it

spenzy2010, I know Airtel have various data plans good for blackberry, i do use BB Unlimited with code *440*16# or *435# @ N1.5K for 2G data, also that of Android Bundle with code *437# @ N2k for 2G data can work. Try follow Airtel on twitter (@airtel_care) for more clarification. That’s what I do most time
