May be your comparism should be between Fashola's government and that of Akpabio. Have never been to Lagos, I know much about Abuja, judging from a similar Thread about Lagos, I would say the Lagos I saw and the Abuja/Kaduna I know are some levels ahead of Uyo. Uyo is coming up anyway
