chiover: Algers 90 nations cup and Italian 90 world cup. Before we bought this TV we were using one 14inches O Tautung TV in my house then. Good old days when Chika Obi's daughter was Joy soap ambassador. Ah mumsy sunday rice and stew with local chicken used to take us to cloud nine A.K.A seventh heaven then. Oh!!! I love the days of National TV(black and white),FAN and Iron. Today's children una dey miss sweet things joor. Life was rossy then I confess Bros, life was so sweet then, no boko haram, no fake pastors.Infact people were more serious then. I am missing those good old days!!! |

Every_LadY: Let me start,Things fall apart, the new masquerade,the cozby show...looool!! this chick knows what's up; danger mouse, village headmaster, jaguar, zebrudaya etc...mehn o, we rocked that TV scatter cos all the new ones my dad bought didn't last very long before acting up. I think ours even had antenna so we used to adjust it so that the screen would get clearer. |

jude33084: and still living every era of my life to the fullest! Attended SunnyFields at Adelabu, down the road was Corona and Foutain. Wore cortina shoes to school and saw barbeach before it became Tinibu's. Made out in house parties, stole my mother's car regularly, watched Yo Mtv raps and coincidentally watched Tu-Pac's on air break down. Got caught up with the east-west coast debate whenever i visited an old friend as we shared wet blunts. Got my first ever chic stolen by NOT a yahoo boy but an original 90's guy man who bought me over by taking me out regularly to Pyramid, daniels and club towers. Village Headmaster. Music and drama had quality and rich content in those days, but the actors never got the right compensation. Today, you have the opposite where music and drama is about NOISE and N-U-D-I-T-Y, and the players make all the money. Tells you that TV can indeed be a tool of construction as well as destruction.
