Atheists raise points for their cause by pointing to what
irreligious minds have been able to acheive and attribute those success to the absence of religious thinking.
therefore, with the erradication of all religious thinking
the world will finally advanced to its highests human heights.
Man will be able to acheive his max potentials unbridled
by the baggage of religion.

Man is a free will creature - he has absolute volition to
direct his course - even this free will is tempered by human
governments, all form of human governments, curbs some of
their members free will . But with an atheistic system,
and mindset, more censure and human restriction will be taken off
with the ostensible objective of releasing man to develop himself
to his finite best.
Great civilizations are built on the degree to which their
citizens are free to explore their intellectual and philosophical
interests.
But any form of restriction in some form is rebelled against-
man wants full freedom!- freedom to do absolutely what he wants?!
and if he dont get it - he'll fight for it.
This brings up the argument of what man should be allowed to
do or not!
leading to the creation of law and law enforcers - mainly to
curb some of man's freedom!. Man in organized society will never be
granted absolute freedom. infact the purposed of organized governments is
to make its citizens surrender varying degrees of their freedom
in return for some promised incentives - like , amenities, job security,
food etc..
the organzed societies of today separate human elements into
2 or 3 classes. at the top is the ruling class, they make the laws
applied to the lower cadres.
the middle class- they have the potentials of moving into the ruling
class, where they'll experience more freedom (freedom to set their salaries to any figure - like what is experienced in
the nigerian political landscape)
then the lowest class. the worker class-
the serve the ruling class. work in their factories,companies,tend their gardens, babysit, etc..

A conflict arises - man wants full freedom. but wont get it in any
human government system.
But to acheive a more advanced human society man needs a human government..
else he wont be able to acheive his full potentials..
whats worse - man is prodded with the dictates of religion to
curb his own desires..
man who wants to do as he pleases , now has two task masters -
law of the land (he would like to break it but will pay if he's caught)
the laws of religion (he can flaunt it , but could be socially
censured )
dilemma.
option.
man writes the law of the land, but not the laws of religion. so he
can re write the law of land to give him more and more freedom
and remove all laws that are influenced by religion as much as possible.
This hopefully will make man more free to be himself.
Really?

By being hmself,and less restricted by social censure or physical restraint,
man will explore the frontiers of his vast ,hopefully infinite, intellect (and base desires).
maybe. But the implications are still going to be negative..

if man is left to his desires - all his smart gadgets are going to
be used to satisfy all his desires , which by this point will be
labelled as amoral - neither good or bad (using evolutionary thinking)
but purely self serving.
with actions rebranded as amoral- man's conscience could be delivered from d guilt pangs that cud have pierced it under the earlier religious system of morality.
Man as it is needs a strong justification to execute any moral act. e.g going to work is justified - because there is a cost of living to be met in modern society.
marraige is justified - because no one wants to die lonely.
even stealing is justfied,
everyaction needs strong justfcation to be executed.
with strong enuff justification - anyaction can be performed without guilt--
the uncomfortable clause is the inescapable conscience issue.
Guilt can make a man very uncomfortable-this guilt mostly activated
by social censure - may be outside the scope of the law of the land.
e.g the law of the land, cannot judge on some religious matters - like not
praying or going to church/mosque. perfectly legal in the eyes of the law of the land but illegal in the eyes of the law of religion..

with religion silenced in organized society, and rationality forming bases for formulating
laws of the land - and the gospel of evolution heavily preached as fact-
man's mind will be heavily indoctrinated and his acts will be
justified on a different bases - the animalistic bases preached by
evolution.
Man's actions will be re evaluated as a selfish animalistic desire to survive in a competitive and hostile enviroment.
And man's actions will be labelled intrinsically amoral. without moral
consequences or motivation.
if this is so, the moral standards that will be implemented will be
those that puts the goal of the group above those of the individual,
aside that man is a free agent.
e.g in football, christian team members can play along side non christian team members- cuz religion doesn matter the goal of the team
supercedes.
With this new moral structure in place -
certain presently regarded vices become nonvices.
pornography- is man's desire to satisfy his sexuality.
pre marital sex/post marital sex /adultery/ - relics of religious era of interpreting man's actions. all sexual behaviour is allowed ..
rape - not ill behaviour - because man was pursuing the satisfaction of his desire . the victim was the weaker specie (survival of the fittest)
murder - survival of the fittest justifies the elimination of the victim.
mercy killing - justified
pogroms - will be justified
abortion
computer crimes etc

elimination of weaker elements of society , to make a super society,
e.g elimination of the old,the feeble, the crippled ,the mentally retarded,etc
will all be justified under the survival of the fittest hypothesis.
infact a move to purge society or prune it of its non contributing
members will be very desirable.
after all if man is a purposeless being whose end is purposelessness-death,
then acheiving purposeless immediately or later is irrelevant since it
is inevitable.
what society regards as perversions will become norms -
since if the desire is real then by that very act, the possessor of the desire should be allowed the freedom to satisfy that desire.
the protection of the weak will be unnecessary since such isnt the case in nature - the weak have to die out to give way to stronger more versatile species.
exploitation of the weak who fear death - will be the norm -
they will be the serfs to the ruling class of society and
in a non religious society -
science will provide advanced tools for creating the patterns of nature found in evolution for perpetuating the new morality.the greater perversion.

The bible says that Christians are the salt of the earth,
they are the light of the world - in other words - christians
are light house of the ideal moral standards in a dark world.
if the moral standards of christianity or christianity is taken out of
the picture the world falls into darkness and final moral decay-
into a situation where the lines btw good and evil is blurred ...
man becomes absolutely perverse without being aware of it..

Get this illustration- computer has a ROM which can be refer to as the HEART of a computer and has a PROCESSOR which is known as the BRAIN.
