if u want to use ur old halogen headlights...they hv to be retrofitted....................that way u can install hids inside. hids are quite pricey, when done by profeesionals...was given a $1000 quote for a hid retrofit job 4 the 4runner below...u can buy some hid kits and projector assy for about $500 for some car models

retrofitting is the way to go...if u must install hids...or the second best option is to buy projector headlight housing and then buy hid kits + shrouds and drop in them....... lightwurks jdm etc all sell the projector and hid kits
