We all love rice I wish i can say i love all kinds of rice, i can,t. I love plain white rice the most. The flow of stew on White rice makes it heavenly. Eating rice is like second nature these days. I had never thought the day will come when i will have special places to eat rice. But now i do. In Ajegunle, opposite DSTV office along the Olodi Apapa road, one woman makes rice like no one else. oh my gawd! Ghana Rice on the Island is another. The burnt under pot of JOLLOF rice is unbelievably delicious....salivating already I cant stand Fried rice where do you belong? |

Most people don't make fried rice the way I like it: quite spicy, otherwise it just tastes like plain rice, oil and overcooked vegetables. Nothing beats Mr Biggs Jollof Rice for me  As for white rice, it depends on how nice the stew/sauce is. |
