[b]Part of being alive is to battle life and go through the challenges, big or small. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. The most important battles of our lives throughout the history, has been the battles of love. And in this, we all have that one thing in common. Both men and women lose something. No one wins, when there is a battle. The ones who are strong and wise, take Responsibility....Accountability in what happened. They learn and move on. Next time or the time after that, they make better choices and this goes on until the happily ever after comes along. And it does come...we just don't hear about it, since they aren't here posting about their happily ever afterward. They are busy with each other. These people don't lose hope and don't lose themselves in their occasional defeats and minor set backs. They just learn and are better for it every time. They have already Won and waiting for the Victory dance. Then there are the Others... the ones who get jaded and bitter with hearts full of venom and hate. To these people, it is always...Always His fault..Her fault...the devil who ruined their lives. Better yet, ALL the devils: -All women who are here to suck the life and resources out of them. Hate the B*tches!!! -All men who are selfish scums. Want sex and then throw her away. Hate the Bastards!!! They never clear their mind and heart from that bitterness. They don't allow themselves to heal. They don't let love in. They never find peace. In a way, they remain defeated. Always. And the worst thing is, it is fully and completely By Choice. Now.. My question is this...If you could be fully and completely Honest with yourself: Which one are You?[/b] |

Life is a journey that involves pain. In fact, we begin this journey on the pain of another. Those who do not embrace pain will never truly experience joy. I choose not to avoid the things or people that may hurt me because those same things and people will lead me to a greater joy. It's not about seeing positive or learning a mysterious lesson from our experiences. It's about reveling in the completeness in every experience. Positive and negative. |
