The Supreme Court has struck out an appeal by former Ekiti State governor, Segun Oni against the election of Governor Kayode Fayemi.

In a unanimous decision by a 7-man panel delivered in Abuja on Friday, the court said it lacks jurisdiction.
Justice Sylvester Ngwuta read the lead judgement to which others agreed.

segun oni is a serial loser. he suppose to be in jail for stolen ekiti vote in 2007. he was never elected as the governor of ekiti state. he was selected by obasanjo

D Segun Oni faction even went as far as buying ankara (aso ebi) to celebrate dia purported victory. Now, they will all have to bury their faces in shame, especially, Segun Oni. He's a serial losser. Maybe he will now take his case to the International court of justice.
