i'm so Sorry about the lateness in response to the person that asked for the price, i have been really busy and the particular project was in hold after the stamping of the whole compound as the owner was out of town and we all decided to wait before we do the final finishes.
The price for the be-spoke contemporary flooring is 6,500/m2, special discount to be given to all nairalanders. The price includes all the materials to be used to the finishes. The compound only needs to be filled to the appropriate level and we would do the concrete works.

sorry for the lateness in response, the concrete sealer is what gives the shining look to prevent dirt from penetrating but just like every new material, it will look new and shining as long as it is clean, it will need to be re-sealed after 3years If you want it to remain shining. The floor is not slippery as the grooves on the stamp gives more than the required grip.
