The Education Minister announced this on Tuesday.

The Minister of Education, Ruqayatu Rufai, has announced the cut-off marks for students that sat for the 2013 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, higher institution examinations.

The minister announced that the cut-off mark would be 180 for universities, and 150 for polytechnics and colleges of education.

Even if universities reduce it to 180 many federal universities won't so want is the point of making useless cut off mark witout usage

JAMB has done well. But some Federal Universities are not going to accept 180.

why 180 and 150, the value of education in this country is just going down day by day as time goes, and some people will be happy about this smh
