Vacancies exist in 2 different organisations for the following:

Executive Secretary
A company in the educational sector, situated in Lagos mainland requires the services of a competent and dynamic person to fill the position of Executive secretary

Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, including reception duties.
• Answering telephone, screening calls, forwarding calls and/or recording and forwarding messages accurately.
• Maintaining a neat and organized reception area to ensure that the right ambience is attained.
• Provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive and staff.
• Filing, copying and faxing.
• Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents.
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails.
• Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
• Use a variety of software packages including the Microsoft Office Suite to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spread-sheets and databases
• Devise and maintain office systems
• Use content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
• Manage and maintain budgets

Qualification and Requirements:
• Minimum of OND
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Knowledge of Corel Draw, and graphics would be an added advantage.

Job Summary:
The incumbent will provide strategic business planning and support to the Management. The role will have great impact on the ability of the company to meet established business targets.

• 2-5 years experience

Event Centre Resources Manager/ Events Marketing Manager
We are a multi-faceted support service provider dedicated to deploying the best service to our Clients, services are rendered with absolute integrity, professionalism, ethics and with a drive to bring about a lasting smile to the faces of everyone we come in contact with.

Responsibilities:
• Event concept creation, e.g. themes, message, purpose
• Identification and booking of all contributors
• Liaising with speakers, performers, venues and other suppliers so that all elements for an event are properly booked, organized and accounted for.
• Project planning for each event, including budgeting. Monitoring against plan, including ticket sales.
• Management and oversight of event ticketing arrangements.
• Organization of all materials needed to be shipped to an event in good time, working with the Marketing Assistant.
• Ensuring all events are properly staffed, with Marketing Assistant.
• Ensure all PA and Audio Visual elements e.g Song Words are created and tested in advance of the event.
• On the day of an event, to lead the team on the ground for event setup
• Working across departments with Content, Sales, Fundraising and the Executive to ensure all Premier objectives are achieved.
• Create a post event evaluation report, for the Marketing team, finance team and Executive.
• Building of own skills and competences for implementing marketing projects

Qualifications and Requirements:
• B.Sc./HND in marketing, educational entertainment or other related professions
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar job/entertainment industry, especially with Children entertainment.
• Ability to initiate events and regular/periodic activities
• Must be able to maximize center's facilities
