Sammy your Validation Pin is suppose to be on the Pay for me slip,maybe there was an error somewhr. Guys help him out,I don't anyone who has encounted such.

Just did my own today and everytin went on smoothly.After u fill in the whole information about yourself,then u submit it and printout a copy that will contain your Serial number and Reference number.Then u proceed to the bank with the copy to make ur payment(#2500+350(that is application fee +bank charges =2850.Then after the payment at the bank,the cashier will issue u a copy that will contain the validation number.Then u return back to the cafe and complete the whole process.U need to print out NAF DSSC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CARD, ATTESTATION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA and ATTESTATION OF PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT FORM.That's all and U are simply good to go.

To generate ur applicant ID u will need the print out with ur Serial Number & Ref number on it + the Validation number on the print the bank gave, those 3 numbers are wat u'll need. At the Cafe click 'Get Appicant ID' put in the 3 numbers & u will get ur ID,Then go to the top of the page will find whr it states Print forms. Print ur Acknowledgement card,Local govt attestion & Parents consent form. Dats it.

@ tosine35 the attestation letter is to be typed not handwritten that won't be formal enough and for for the consent form the person that attest for u info and thumb print is required 3rdly u can still do any other tins

The letter of attestation has to be printed.
It's your parent or guardian info and thumb print that will be on the parent form.
In addition, if by God's grace you are finally shortlisted, you won't have time for anything for the next six months cos you be inside barrack 24/7...

You're wlc @ Nwaribe. John which of the attestations are you talking about? LG or character? For Character,yes a rtd officer can but for LG its a No.
