PROFESSOR
Candidates should possess a Ph.D Degree from a recognized University with at least ten (10) years teaching) research and administrative experience in a University. Candidates must demonstrate competence in providing academic leadership. Candidates must also be specialists in core areas of departmental fields of study with evidence of scholarly publications in reputable local and international learned journals, plus membership of relevant professional bodies where required.

UNIVERSITY LIBRARIAN

The University Librarian as a Principal Officer shall be in charge of the University Library and its constituent units. He shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the operations of the University. For this key management position, the University seeks candidates who have good managerial ability, integrity and transparency in private and public life and who should be able to provide the Management of the University with appropriate advice and support for all of the institution's library transactions. The right candidate should have the ability to generate ideas that would facilitate the development of the University.

QUALIFICATION:
Candidates must possess a Ph. D. in Library Studies or M.L.S and be of a professional standing in addition to other professional qualifications. Applicants must also be extensively computer literate.

DEPARTMENT OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION:
Bacteriology (Microbiology), Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Environmental Management and Toxicology.

i have only one concern...if a major toyota dealer can build a "state of the art" university from just sales of toyota brand in Nigeria. so what is stopping Toyota Japan (who supplies the numerous toyota dealers in nigeria) from building at least one assembly plant in nigeria if not for anything at least as thank you for the number of Hilux the defence ministry is buying from them as well as the countless Corolla's they have shipped to nigeria

The university is undergoing accreditation process by NUC. That is the reason you see PHD as minimum qualification, after accreditation some of them will be drop to cut cost or appoint as part time lecturer watch and see

My former company retrieved thier stolen brand new toyota hilux pick up from a night security guard and handed offer back to them and until i resigned from that firm, there was nothing like appreciation from them. Am talking abt a vehicle worth close to 6mil as at that time. That was 2yrs ago and now want to go into education. Gud for him! Time shall tell!

Yes, the University is owned by Chief Micheal Ade Ojo who is the chairman of Toyota Nigeria Limited and Elizade motors and I can tell you that this is by far the best equipped private University in Nigeria as at today, the facilities are State of the art and they thrive to provide quality education, that's why you're seeing Ph. D as the minimum requirement even for lecturer one.. if you think they are doing this for the purpose of accreditation, you're mistaken because the man is too well connected and can use his money and Influence to buy accreditation If he wants to. I'm making a well Informed comment here because I've been to the University and I'm so Impressed with everything that is on ground there
