I dont know if he has property(s) in Abuja, his house where he stays in wuse then is now for rent, we all thought he was the owner of the property, until i went there one day to discover that he was a tenant all along.
This is a Man that is more than 70 years old, He even said that he is a price from Ife kingdom.

My brother, the only thing i have as evidence is a cheque of 520k that he gave me but his bank never honoured that cheque

Then anybody who brings any info abt his where about would be rewarded. He will surely be embarrassed and seek for means of settlement.

If you can involve the The Police with your resources than Ive got no problem with d arrangement, but the last thing i will do is to give anybody a kobo upfront before my debt is recovered.

hmmmmmm,you do have a valid point there,what you say makes sense,but how do you operate in a corrupt system?honestly i and some of my friends have lost money,you supply people with goods and machieries,to get your money back becomes a problem but if you can help it would really be great,it depends on how many references you have,how manny succes cases u have had.

@ frankkky, it now behoves on you to exert due diligence in business transactions. Make sure that all gray areas in any contract letter is ironed out before you append ur signature. Also all goods and services supplied must be evidenced.
Moreover, your cases has to be filed in court under the undefended list procedure, because it would be unprofessional to recover the debt through any other means.
