Its quite simple dear, count 15 days frm d day u period came out, circle d 15th day, count 3 days forward nd 3 days backward which make it 7days, dat is ur most fertile period. Den calculating ur cycle is simply counting 28days from d day ur period came out. Hope dis helps, for more info contact me on 25A37D06.
