@Edward it is painful and sad that of all the problems and challenges facing the nation, some senators choose retrogression hence am not surprised that we can't achieve the MDGs by 2015!
Nigerians must say no to this. Its an insult to our sensibility.

I respect your opinion nevetheless I disagree with you. No matter how you try to paint it, you can't nuture a 12yr old physically. Go up north and see the number of underage having VesicoVaginal fistula or a rectovaginal fistula due to prolonged obstructed labour. This is not too common in the southern part of Nigeria cos most people marry at age when the pelvis are well developed and matured for delivery.
