Job Title: Ticketing And Reservation Officer

Travel Masters is looking for a ticketing and reservation officer that can deliver high quality customer satisfaction to our customers. The candidate must possess excellent Customer Care/Service ability and must be able to deal with customers/passengers in a friendly, calm and professional manner. The successful candidate must work in tandem with the sales team and ensure that all avenues are created to maximized revenue generation. You will need to be creative, organized, calm and have the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Monitor passengers’ travel request whether online or over the phone and ensure that tickets are issued out promptly and without errors.
Make flight and hotel reservations and bookings. Follow up on customers about their reservation status before flight departure or hotel check-in date.
Prepare weekly sales report.
Be the reporting chain and manage a dedicated team of customer care representatives.
Must be able to foresee and Manage Risk.
Must be adaptable, problem solver and possess the ability to effectively communicate to both clients and new customers.
Good knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office.
Have the ability to develop a constructive and collaborative working relationships with new customers and building brand loyalty.
Must possess time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Must be a team player.
Must have the perseverance, single mindedness and dogged attitude a leader.
Must be out-of-the-box thinker, responsive and focus on the bottom line.

Requirements

Should have a first degree in Management discipline.
Must have at least 3 – 4 years working experience in a Travel Agency or Airline in similar capacity.
Must have an IATA certificate and experience on Fares and Ticketing.
Ability to use Sabre GDS
