Job Title: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Industry: Media

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Planning and organizing production schedules (including scheduling studio or location interviews, studio discussion, special focus documentaries recordings, drama presentation, vox populi, special projects, television commercials, event coverage etc)
2. Development of Production budget based on the necessary logistics, timings and estimated costs
3. Supervision of all personnel in Production and Post Production unit including:
• Reporters/Presenters/Cameramen, Non-linear editors
• Supervising of Reporters/Presenters to ensure they are current with news break and other developments on their beat
• Writing and Editing of News reports
• Writing and Editing of Documentary scripts
4. Shooting and Editing of Programmes
5. Coordinating Development and production of existing and new programmes
• Supervising entire production processes from pre-production to post production
• Planning and Coordinating travel arrangements for recording
6. Supervising the proper use, storage and maintenance of production equipments
7. Liaising with Marketing Department in programme development and marketing

ROLE PROFILE
• Candidate must have minimum of B.Sc/HND in the Arts, Humanities, preferably in Mass Communication/Journalism
• Higher qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Television/Film Production
• Methodical and Good attention to details
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Analytical skill
• Knowledge of TV Production/Editing Software

Job Title: REPORTER/PRESENTER
Industry: Media
Specialization: Mass Com/Journalism
Minimum requirement: B.SC/HND
Required Experience: 2 yrs
Location: Mainland

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor events and stories on his/her beat
2. Investigate and research news stories of interest to the organisation
3. Develop story idea for special focus. Evaluate news leads and news tips, for research, investigation and reporter
4. Organises material, determines slant or emphasis, and writes story according to prescribed editorial style and format standards
5. Schedule interview with prospective interviewees, conduct interviews, vox pop
6. Prepare programme schedules
7. Do voice over narration for jingles, promos, documentaries, TV Commercials and special video projects
8. Present programmes on location and in the Studio
9. Supervise shooting of interviews, programmes and other projects
10. Research and write documentary, drama, feature story, promos, jingles, television commercial scripts
11. Supervise Studio and On location Recording
12. Supervise Editing of Programmes, including news , special focus documentary, drama and event videos

ROLE PROFILE
• Candidate must have minimum of B.Sc/HND in the Arts, Humanities, preferably in Mass Communication/Journalism
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Reporter/Presenter
• Good verbal and written communication skill
