KDF was single sourced and contracted to build a 100 meters commercial cargo ship in Kisumu, the ship will operate within ports around lake Victoria (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania) KDF is building a shipyard at the same time while constructing the ship.

NB: A similar shipbuilding facility is also under construction in Mombasa for blue water operations.

The Ship Yard facility U/C in Mombasa appears to be bigger than the one in Kisumu, Also Damen was contracted to provide technology support for the project.

The new slipway shipyard at Mtongwe Navy Base, which will be able handle vessels with a capacity of up to 4,000 tones and measuring 150 metres long and 30 metres wide

The ship will be a wagon ferry for carrying a train and its cargo i.e a train loaded with containers or oil tankers rolls into the ship after being divided into 4 parts, the ship then sails to the destination port and rolls out and continues its journey.

Not nearly enough for contemporary challenges.

The 2021 supplementary budget has addressed most remaining gaps for the NA and NAF.

We may see some M346, possibly more JF17s and some Russian equipment between remaining part of this year and early 2022.

Don't get me started on the Russian sat that Military Intelligence procured in a very murky deal. And they're not even sharing images with the civilian spy agency!

As for your Lilliputians, not quite sure what they bought. I know our companies export lots of components, but the biggest complete systems being produced are CubeSats.

Even if sometimes you can find some errors on it , but sipri is a serious source for military sales and contracts .

Try to put better sources for the exact numbers of the isotrex phantom II , because i have checked quickly most source talk about 8 phantoms II only

Same for the Aw 139 how many are in service in nigerian AF and navy ? The numbers are close to sipri

Have found this strange pic of this aw139 SAR too , no other pic of it . After a small search i found that its a helicopter of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) , not the navy or air force , it was sent to the Nigerian navy station for repairs . Abondoned there for 3 years , according to these source .

NIMASA helicopter abondoned in Lagos for two years . 2017
