I know. I've been volunteering for a local NGO since 2008, even before I graduated from school. I must tell you, it helped to boost my cv and experience. It depends on the area you wish to volunteer. Check up Childrens development Centre (CDC) 31, Modupe Johnson Crescent. Surulere. Not so far from shoprite.
