I'm in serious need... Anyway, you may have to go in through HSE and build from there. If you where a doctor or nurse it would have been more straightforward going into the health dept. But since you are well connected, this shouldn't worry you. your backer should easily handle that. you could go in as a roustabout. I don't see any wahala here.
